- How do I order currency online?
ProsegurChange Singapore offers a ‘Reserve & Collect’ service for placing foreign currency orders online, which means that you can pre-order your currency online at the prevailing day’s rate of exchange and pay for it upon pick up, directly at the branch of your choice.
Simply select your destination currency and enter the amount you would like to order, either in SGD or in the foreign currency.
Select from which ProsegurChange branch you would like to collect your order and select your collection date. Carefully enter your address and contact details .
- How does the BuyBack Guarantee work?
Whether you reserve your currency online or directly at the branch you have an option to add a Buy-Back guarantee to your order, for only $6.95 per order. Our Buy-Back Guarantee purchased in Singapore allows you to return any of your left-over currency to any of our Singaporean branches, at the same rate as your original purchase. There is no commission levied on the exchange when returning your currency if you opt for this service.
You already have a Buy-Back Guarantee and want to know how to return your unspent cash? On your return to Singapore you can visit any of our branches in Singapore whose staff will process the return. With a Buy-Back Guarantee you can return your leftover currency at the original purchase exchange rate up to 50% of the original transaction purchase amount or a maximum return of SGD1000 equivalent in the foreign currency whichever is smaller. All Buy-Back Guarantee transactions must be completed within 30 days of the original transaction.Buy-back refunds will only be given in respect of foreign currency notes (not coins), upon presentation of the original purchase receipt. The refund will be paid in SGD cash.
Prosegur Change reserves the right to withdraw the Buy-back Guarantee or amend its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Buy-back Guarantee refunds are not available if the exchange rate has changed by more than 5% from date of purchase.
Offer is non-transferable and specific to the order containing the purchased Buy-Back Guarantee purchase.
- How much will I be charged when exchanging currency online?
We do not charge any commission on online foreign currency orders to be picked-up from ProsegurChange Changi Airport branches. You always have full visibility of the rate of exchange that will be applied to the currencies you purchase.
- How much can I order online?The maximum online order value is a total of $4999 in foreign currencies per transaction. Cumulative totals apply and larger or more frequent orders may be subject to stricter due diligence measures.. Should you wish to order a larger amount or transact more frequently, please contact our customer service team, who will be delighted to help you with your query.
- Can I specify my preferred currency denominations when ordering online?
When placing an order online, you might wonder if you can personalize the currency denominations to suit your preferences. Unfortunately, you will not be able to select specific note denominations online.
- How do I know what rate of exchange is being applied to my order?
At the time of making an order you will be informed on the website screen of the estimated sale price, which is a variable concept depending on the date of collection. The reservation will be calculated and paid at the designated collection office on the day of purchase based on the current exchange rates on that day.
- Do you offer the same rates online as in your branches?
Exchange rates can differ between online and in-branch as the ‘rate of the day’ applies when you collect at our branches.
- I placed an order online, but I did not receive an email confirmation - What should I do?
Our email confirmations are sent out automatically. Please check your junk email folder and should you not have received our confirmation, please contact us by email at info-sg@prosegurchange.com
Questions about currencies
- Can I order more than one currency?
Yes, you can order more than one currency in one order, as long as the overall order value does not exceed SGD 4999.
- The currency I need is not listed on your website - How can I order it?
If the currency you require is not listed on our website, we are still very likely to be able to help with your query. - What do I do with any unused currency on my return?If you have purchased our "Buy-Back Protection" (at $6.95 per order) you will be able to return any of your left-over currency to any of our branches, at the same rate as your original purchase. There are no commissions levied on the Buy-Back exchange when returning your currency if you opt for this service. On your return to Singapore, you can visit any of our branches, whose staff will process the return and settle in SGD cash. The maximum return amount under Buy-Back Protection is SGD1000 and all Buy-Back transactions must be completed within 30 days of the original transaction.
- I do not know which currency I need for my trip - What should I do?

Order collection and/or delivery
- Where can I pick-up my order?
When placing your order, you will need to select which ProsegurChange branch you want to pick your order from and choose a pick-up date.
- How long will it take to receive my order?
It will take a few business days for your order to be ready for pick-up from your chosen branch.
- What documents do I need when collecting my currency from a ProsegurChange branch?
When collecting your order at one of our branches, you will need to provide the following documents:
1. Your order confirmation number
2. Your valid Passport, Driver’s License or National ID Card. Please note, the name of your ID document must match that of the order.
Please note, collection is subject to the opening times of the designated collection branch (opening hours will be visible at the time of your order and you can also view them on our website). Please remember to allow sufficient time to make your collection before departing on your trip.
- Can I designate someone else to pick up my order on my behalf?
Certainly, you can nominate someone to collect your order on your behalf.
- What should I do if I miss the pickup date for my order?
If you miss your pickup date, please contact us at info-sg@prosegurchange.com and we will try to arrange another pickup date that suits you.
Paying for orders at collection
- Which payment methods do you accept?
Currently we accept the following for payment: Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Union Pay and NETS. Please note that other cards are not supported by our platforms.
- How do I know my details are secure?
ProsegurChange is a recognized provider of foreign currencies with nearly 30 years of experience. We operate a fully secure online ordering system, which ensures the protection of your personal information.
We comply with PCI standards and use secure servers, with all relevant data being encrypted. Please note, we will never ask you for your password. In case you receive any suspicious requests, please do not respond, and contact us.
- How secure is my personal data?
ProsegurChange will never release your data to third parties, except for the processing of your payment by our payments provider or for legislative requirements. ProsegurChange may however periodically contact you with relevant promotions or news, but we will never pass on your details to other retailers. Naturally, you can opt out of these emails by clicking on the appropriate link at the bottom of the e-mail. Please read our Privacy Policy for more details.
Order Cancellations & Returns
- Can I cancel my order?
You cannot cancel an order online once it has been placed. If you need to make a change to your order please contact us and we can cancel it. Thereafter, you can place a new order. To cancel or amend an order, please email us at info-sg@prosegurchange.com.
- Can I modify my order once I have received the order confirmation?
You will not be able to modify the details of your order once your payment has been accepted and order confirmed. If you would like to change your delivery method or collection date, please contact our team by email at info-sg@prosegurchange.com as soon as possible, and they will try and help you if your order has not yet been shipped. Should you wish to cancel or return your order, please refer to our terms & conditions for the options available.
